Worth adding to the objections, though, is the important point that treating parents who object to school board decisions about masking and curricula as terrorists can only further turn them against the powers-that-be. Eh, you could probably find a case or issue like that for every judge. Look at all the stuff Scalia did. Fact is that Garland hasnât been running DOJ as an authoritarian like Bill Barr did, so it doesnât seem like thatâs a core value of his or anything. Iâd argue heâs pretty middle of the road compared to other candidates the far-left wouldâve preferred to see nominated.
