Chiefs complete haul. ....minuse the Hill Trade picks of course

1 (30) CB - Andrew Booth Jr. - Clemson (42nd Overall -12) Medicals affected him worse than I thought. I was aware of them when I made the selection.
2 (62) DL - DeMarvin Leal - Texas A&M (84th Overall -22) This guy had been in top 10 on boards in the preseason...I didn't think the season he had would drop him so far
        3 (94) CB - Jalyn Armour-Davis - Alabama (119th Overall -25) Whatever.
3 (101) EDGE - Domnique Robinson - Miami of Ohio (174th Overall -73) My worst pick. I was banking on someone really falling in love with the potential. Clearly a mistake.
4 (135) LB - Terrel Bernard - Baylor (89th Overall +46) I loved this player and thought I was lucky to get him at 135. Right for once.
7 (233) WR - Erik Ezukanma - Texas Tech (125th Overall +108) You don't bring Easy E back from the dead to announce a pick unless you know you got something. My best pick by far.
        7 (243) DT/NT - Noah Elliss - Idaho (Not drafted -21) I was surprised...thought he would be drafted...and earlier than this spot.
7 (251) CB - Jaquon McMillian - East Carolina (Not drafted -11) KC had this guy in for a top 30 visit, thought it possible they'd grab him late.

        UDFA

DT - Tayland Humphrey - Louisiana
DT - Marquan McCall - Kentucky
LB - Clearance Hicks - UTSA
CB - Allie Green IV - MIZZOU
CB - Chris Steele - USC
CB - Sam Webb - Missouri Western

        All UDFA went undrafted.

        Composite -10

I'll try and record all UDFA signings but if you guys can confirm which of your UDFAs end up signing it will save a lot of time!

Solid, OD. The only thing that threw you off was the QB. Of course, this year, that threw everybody off. 😉

So in summary 11 out of 13 draft picks were indeed drafted and 7 UDFA's drafted - not a great year point wise but I'll take 18 players drafted any day of the week. I think I need to review my OL drafting. It's been quite bad for years now. They always go well below where I pick them.

Maybe we should pick next year's drafter for the Broncos based on how many of their picks went to the Broncos the previous year? 🙂

That's not a bad idea. Keeps it objective. Adds a new element of fun to the mix.

See, the idea of drafting for the Broncos seems fun in theory, but you mother****ers are brutal when the picks come in 😂

Arik Armstead is my solace from that draft year. price and many other let me know exactly what they thought of the pick for years...then when he became a stud they all went real quiet 😂

The history of Denver Broncos draft picks in the mock is pretty bad.

2022 - (BroncoBuff) pinch drafter Rod - Daniel Faalele 64th overall
                                2021(24champ) - Jamin Davis 22nd overall
                                2020 (JCMElway/DBroncos4life) - Henry Ruggs III 15th overall, Ross Blacklock 31st overall
                                2019 (Agamemnon) - Dwayne Haskins 10th overall
2018 (Requiem) - Quenton Nelson 5th overall, Ronald Jones 24th overall
                                2017 (jebures) - Garett Bolles 20th overall

So far I've come across two guys drafted in the mock who haven't even been signed. It's breaking my spreadsheet, I need to figure out how to score these guys. In the meantime, let me know if you guys see Justyn Ross or Ali Fayad get signed somewhere!

Ali Fayad is connected to the NY Jets. I'm not sure whether it's a formal signing or just an invite to the Jets pro camp.

A guy posted on Twitter that, as of 6 hours ago, Justyn Ross was in talks with the NY Giants, but that he was being courted by several other teams and nothing was final yet.

Year of the infamous Tim Tebow trade up. Good thing the Broncos were drafting and not me. They took DT with that first pick. Dan Williams wasn't a bad player. It just turned out that his heart wasn't in it.

You forget that I drafted Justin Fields? Jamin would have solved the inside LB position for years and Justin would be QB of the future. Not terrible selections, imo.
