4 episodes in and I’m hooked. I’ve always been fond of time travel content and this has the makings of something special….

Has a taste of Yellowstone but with a sci-fi twist.

already seeing eggs in the show. I’m convinced Autumn is the older version of Amy. Autumn says she doesn’t remember anything before 9 years old due to an injury. Amy is 9 years old.

they even make a reference to the Broncos bad QB woes over the last few years. Lol. Being in Wyoming they are bronco territory.

    I've always liked Josh.
He's a great actor and he should have been cast in more things over the last 30 years. I'm glad he's finally getting good gigs. Got to cheer for fellas like that.

    Show is great too.

I agree! I loved him in No country for old men…pretty much every character and movie he’s been in…

He's a very likeable bad guy in True Grit. And of course Thanos.

I was on board since the goonies.

But as a cowboy, he's totally become one of my favorite actors. That's what he was born to play

True Grit - Amazing movie, need to watch it again.

OP, never heard of it but will give it a watch. I am a bit of a sci-fi junky. Thanks!

I’ll have to consider checking it out, I was gonna pass because the reviews were mediocre.

Have y’all watched Severance yet? If not, definitely do so!

I was too. I notice the ratings are increasing after the last 2 episode drops. I’ll check out severance. Always liked Adam Scott.

I love time travel. It works so much better in books than the screen though. I'll definitely watch Outer Range.

Lol can’t blow the load in 4 episodes. There’s 8 in this first season….if they are going to extend it the story needs to be stretched out. Better call Saul did this and it makes people want to come back for more. Where as a show like Lost shows their cards too fast and the storyline becomes mutated into something that’s rushed.

For those of you that have Epix, From just got a second season. I'm loving that show. So far it seems to be a combination of Lost and Salem's Lot.

you kind of read my mind. Better call Saul dragged on for the first 3 seasons and i almost gave up. It's tough to say this, but thank god Chuck finally kicked the bucket

I actually like Saul better than Breaking Bad! Get to see several characters before the Walter era. Big fan of Mike.

Idk if I agree with this. The writers set up the dominos very carefully and purposefully. Yes, the show occasionally has some non-standard pacing. But I feel like there’s a method to the madness that makes for a really good product. There are a lot of arguments out there that BCS>BB. I don’t know that I agree, but they aren’t without merit.

Just my opinion. I get it.

But lately it seems like some of these series are so thin that the 8-10 episode season could have been narrowed down to a 2 hour film.

I planned to watch just one episode, but the first episode ended with a cliffhanger. I couldn't stop there. Then the second episode ended similar, only crazier. I almost kept going, but I made myself stop there. I finally watched the other two episodes last night. Crazy. 👀

Can't wait for the rest of the episodes.

The deputy listens to "DMoney" (DMac) and has some Broncos memorabilia in her office too.

I crashed out of the series I think in season 2 or 3, not sure. I am interested in going back but probably wont, there are so many other options.

For Saul it’s the first couple seasons are more court related stuff early Jimmy. The later seasons have far more Gustavo Mike Hector cartel side of it. More breaking bad connections.

finding out why Hector was confined to a wheel chair with a bell in breaking bad was awesome. Stuff like that connects.

Maybe..... probably, BB is one of my favorite shows ever. I am somewhat ashamed to admit the wife and I are currently watching Friday Night Lights. The kid is doing 7 on 7 football at the moment and the old football passions have been reignited. Predictably, one episode turned two then into more. I was watching Saul on my own anyways (wife has terrible taste in tv), next time a cooking show makes an appearance on the downstairs TV I will head to greener viewing pastures and give it another try.

I’ve actually heard that FNL is pretty good so no shame in that. It’s been on my “I’ll eventually watch that” list for a long time now but I keep not getting to it. But definitely get BCS a fair shot. Easily one of my ten favorite shows of all time.

Since it prequels BB there’s a ton of hidden connections….the relationship between Mike and Gus Fring blossoming is fun to watch after seeing all of BB. Mike was one of my fav BB characters and he’s awesome in Saul…you get to see things from BB in its birthing stage. Like where Saul got that huge blow up Statue of Liberty. Lol. Or how Sauls bodyguard Huell met him. Even get to see that underground meth lab Walter and Jessie used being built.
