                                                                                                  mcdaniels is a solid coach. Very detailed with his x and o’s. I always felt if he got a second chance he’d do well. If you listen to players like DJ Williams talk about McDaniels, they say things like how they’ve never been more prepared for a game. With the right staff, he will do well.
