I said early in the season that Justin Fields was going to get his coach and maybe his GM fired, and I was right on both. The irony is that GM Ryan Pace went all in on acquiring Fields to save his job. The saying “be careful what you wish for” comes to mind.
Pace prolly deserved to be fired just for blowing it on Trubisky. Hell, he could’ve moved back in the draft and got Mahommes or Watson.Comment
