There are three coaches on my short list.
1. Doug Pederson - Dude won a Super Bowl with Nick Foles and got him paid… TWICE!
2. Dan Quinn - Love how his teams take on his personality. He also meets the mark for having previous experience. Knows what it takes already to win! Would HAVE to pair with a great OC and QB. Kubiak Jr and even Cousins would be in play. Not ideal but huge improvement.
3. Jim Caldwell - CEO and would be a good stabilizing force while we get back on track with new ownership. Would be similar to the Fox era which really did help point us in the right direction.Comment

Just look at the past SB winners. Outside of Belichick who had Tom Brady and a long time coordinator, Carroll was the last one to win with a defensive background.

Kevin O' Connell would be great. Take a risk on a young dynamic offense minded head coach. Go find a franchise QB and draft some o-line upgrades.Comment

Doug Peterson. Won a SB with a slug named Foles, and made the playoffs 3 of the 5 years. I think he should be the top priority hire.
I am reluctant on Dan Quinn because he had a franchise QB his entire tenure, and yet it was his defense that let him down most years. But I could prolly be talked into him with Paton as his GM.Comment
