Loved him coming out of Clemson as a LB prospect. Arizona moved him to safety and I thought he played well in that role as well. Joseph knows him well so I'm surprised we weren't in on that trade. That's big for the Giants defense.

Nothing wrong with rolling the dice on a seventh round pick, but not sure this is something worth lamenting.
if you’re a number 8 overall pick, have to change positions, then get traded for a seventh - you probably aren’t a great player. Hopefully he finds a home, but I wouldn’t trade him for our current linebackers, or safeties at this point. -

Personally I would keep him at LB and utilize his athleticism as a sideline to sideline LB.Comment

Considering Sterns hasn't yet cracked the starting lineup we don't really know what we have in Sterns. Can he play at a high level, can he stay healthy enough to get a good look.
Nobody outside of the Denver fan base knows who he is because of a lack of PT and that's in part to coaching decisions and also not being able to stay healthy.👍 1Comment

Anybody that thinks Simmons is a “slow” safety is not familiar enough with him to be talking about him. He is faster than Uber explosive former Clemson players like Etienne and Ross having beat both of them in head to head races as well as posting better 40 times. Sub 4.4 40 and plays fast. Radio ruined him plain and simple.Comment
