  • Hearing Jeudy is out first three games…

They weren’t winning week 3 anyways,

    ‘’best case 2-1

    probably 1-2

  • #2
Yes, because Jeudy is obviously a hall of famer and the lynchpin to this offense. Check.

Better to figure this out now, than to give him a big contract this offseason (or even pick up the 13M option). I’d rather just develop Mims this year, and squeeze every penny out of Jeudy’s rookie contract. Find a new receiver or two next year.

I thought they already picked up the 5th yr? If not, don't do it. Let him walk.

When he twisted his ankle he looked like he was jumping into a coffin. Hyper reactions when he injures himself.

He’s been a sincere disappointment his entire career albeit with bad QBs and coaches. Being injury prone on top of it makes you wonder why they didnt trade him before. Believing he will be healthy in any season is foolish. Trading before the deadline now will likely be minimal gains.

Might figure 3 games but those damn hamstrings hang on all year.

At this point, maybe it's worth kicking the tires on Bryan Edwards.

It means get ready for him to miss most of the year.

Yep, we are screwed. This team only has about 2-3 players on it that would start on the Chiefs. Surtain, Simmons, and to be honest maybe no one else.

The thing that blows is unless Russell just unexpectedly beasts, we’re still probably 2-3 years away from being any good, at a minimum, even with Payton. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Way better than losing him for half the year or more. Can't remember the new IR rules, but isn't there a short-term designation where they can rest him for four weeks right away and bring him back? Seems like the smartest move to give him nearly two months to heal up before going back to the field.

Typical Broncos, relying on injury-prone WR. I'll be shocked if Sutton isn't out by week 3.

It’s an epidemic for just one position. Reminds of the 08 broncos when every RB on the roster got hurt forcing us to recruit mall cell phone employees to play RB. Crazy

                • #14
well only one of the top 4 receivers going in are still around and healthy. If you go further out to the top six, Virgil is done for the year and B. Johnson just came back from an injury yesterday. Wow the WR core has been decimated

Thats what happens when you start with injury prone wr. Sutton, Patrick both had serious previous injuries and Juedy is soft.

He won't be back by then. My prediction is this hammy lingers, gets re-aggravated and he misses huge chunks of the season.

We should have never optioned his 5th yr. Were going to pay him 12 million to be average at best.

Many people are saying this season feels like it’s over before it even began… very thin depth…. sad!

I knew it was over just comparing our roster to the good teams in the AFC. We are so far behind the Bills, Ravens, Cheifs, and Bengals that it's not even close. Hell, even the Chargers are loads more talented than the Broncos.

To overcome these injuries, we should have QB like Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Josh Allen.. which we don't have.

Let's see how our coach tries to minimize these loses.

This is another reason we MUST move on from RW in 24. No need to have a 50 mil QB on a MASH unit year after year with no depth. Yes I know we are screwed with cap hit next 2 yrs but, we need to start over why delay it 2 more yrs in 26.

I'm not sure there's a team in the league that can lose 4 WRs before the season and still show outstanding depth.
