These kind of cases always favor the defendant. Years later, there is obviously not going to be physical evidence to draw from.
James Elroy was waving red flags about this guy when his great novel LA Confidential was being adapted more than 25 years ago and never missed an opportunity to take shots at him in years since. Universally regarded as a creep by everyone he worked with in Hollywood. 15+ accusers. And again, three accusers dead in a single year. I’ll concede there’s like a 2% chance he’s not a pedo and sexual predator but I’m being generous.Comment
