  • Sriracha Chili Sauce Shortage

A chili shortage has made this sauce impossible to find. It's going for 30 bucks a bottle on eBay. I am addicted to this sauce and this is killing me. Is anyone else a fan of this product? If this is because of global warming I am finally on board. If I have to ride a skateboard instead of driving my truck so be it! lol.

Particularly dry conditions in Mexico had caused red jalapeno pepper crops to fail.

"Climate change is the ultimate driver, but it’s also how we manage the water equitably,” Gary Nabhan, an agricultural ecologist and professor emeritus at the University of Arizona told the Los Angeles Times

We've hoarded it all at my nail salon. That stuff is on the Vietnamese food pyramid at the top.

I really enjoy it as well.... Pro tip - if you have a cold or stuffy nose, make some plain old campbells chicken noodle soup and add Sriacha.....

Also.... my wife will make a sandwich made out of a french baugette, scrambled eggs, sardines and sriacha sauce. It's a terrific breakfast.

Can vouch for it in the soup. Do that a lot to keep the sinuses clean. Hell, I made a Hutterite Colony pot pie the other day and ended up dousing that in srirachi. My allergies and sinuses have been awful this month and it helped clear 'em out big time!

Because droughts never existed before climate change and we're also being told rainy seasons didn't as well!
