  • OT: Lori Vallow trial.

Anyone here paying attention to this? Crazy story. Lori and Chad Daybell are the epitome of evil. Throw in the fact that they are complete delusional, and you get this situation.

Couple of Psycho freaks. Slow pain death penalty that takes weeks to months of torture for any idiot who kills a child.

I just read up on it. Sounds like a boatload of crazy to me. Good thing Idaho doesn't allow people to get off using the insanity plea. Both of them will get what they deserve. They brought back the firing squad in Idaho, and I hope the dude gets that. Looks like the mom's max is life in prison.

I think people that murder children should lose their rights to be considered a human.

The action of molesting children should forfeit human rights for the perpetrator as well.
And they should be immediately sterilized or castrated and sent to ND to be sex slaves for frackers.

(Last parts a joke, so don't get all butt hurt.)

This is why I prefer they get life in prison without parole. Those guys hate child killers and would make their lives a living hell. Then they can die and answer for their actions.

Having worked in the legal field for 20 years now I have made plenty of trips to prisons and jails. The only reason I disagree with prison justice is that they become a lawless place, and even prisoners with the potential for rehabilitation often become worse criminals just to survive the violence. You're right though, that in a men's prison, you don't stand much of a chance if you are a high-profile child molester or killer. But at women's prisons, I'm not sure they dole out the prison justice quite as much. When I worked at the Public Defender for Los Angeles I was put to work on my first day in felony arraignments. Simple job, just take the perps file back into the holding area and interview them. Simple questions like do you have any other pending criminal actions? do you know what you are charged with? Are you on parole or probation, who are your parents and can we contact them, etc etc. Just basic stuff the attorneys want to know before they decide who gets the case. My first question was why are the charges blacked out on some of their files? They said, we black out crimes against children and rape so the other prisoners won't see it. I then asked, if you only black out those crimes, won't they just know the person is charged with that if they see the file? I was told, who the **** cares. This was at the public defender, so you can only imagine that the DA could care less also.

I worked as a paralegal for the LA Public Defender for about a year and a half. I'm not an attorney.

At least there is one thing everyone can agree on. POS like this deserve no sympathy for what is coming to them.

I'm glad Idaho doesn't allow the insanity plea. Lori has already tried this, they sent her to a mental health facility, then they sent her back stating her mental health was fine. Yesterday she asked the Judge to be allowed to leave the courtroom for a mental health break when they were going to show the autopsy reports. Judge said no. Bravo to the Judge, make her look at them.

I think she got the death penalty taken off the table. Life without parole would be fine, some women in prison have children at home that they miss and this bitch made sure hers are dead. They should make her life a living hell. I am so happy with this verdict and I'm glad for the grandparents who started to whole search.

We have an over crowded prison system right? So just put a couple bullets in them and throw them in a hole somewhere in the desert. Cheap and easy.
