  • NYC arresting Vets, ty for your service

Six men, including a decorated army veteran, were arrested in New York City last night after failure to show proof of vaccination.

New York City Police were called by the manager at The Cheesecake Factory in Queens, New York after a large group entered the restaurant without Vaccine Passports and were denied service. They continued to attempt to order food and drinks at the bar counter and from various tables around the restaurant. New York City Police were called.

See arrest video here and full set of videos at bottom of article:

“I served in Afghanistan, I served in Iraq,” said Bosch. “We are fighting an army much stronger than us. The enemy is the politicians, the oligarchies. We have to do civil disobedience in order to get medical freedom. All we want to do is get something to eat and drink and we will gladly get out of here. This is what its gonna take to get America to wake up- people to sacrifice, to get comfortable with getting uncomfortable. Our time is now. This is holding the line- today. We as the people take a stand. Even if it means we go spend a little time behind bars- we will not comply. WE WILL NOT COMPLY. Medical Freedom is not negotiable. Plain and simple. NOT NEGOTIABLE. I fought for this country in order to give everybody the opportunity for freedom- and I am not going to go down. I am willing to die for my country for freedom.”

So they went in knowing the rules and decided they didn't need to follow them, made a scene, and we are supposed to be outraged that the cops were called? I was in NYC 3 weeks ago, forgot to bring my proof of vaccination and was told I couldn't eat inside a restaurant. Like an adult, I went and found a place that did take out service. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Their service to our country doesn't change the fact that rules are rules, and the rules are clearly stated everywhere in NYC. Someone in the military should be well aware of that.

        Resistance is working
American companies are now walking back on vaccine mandates they earlier imposed on workers as three federal judges overturned the Biden administration's executive order requiring workers to get injected with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine. The Daily Gazette reported on Dec. 8 that

Some of the country's largest hospital systems have been forced to rescind their Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine mandates for their employees in the wake of several court rulings. Concerns regarding labor shortages also prevented them from coercing their workers to get the vaccine under th

            Exactly.

Of course, the entire MAGAbilly mindset is one of exceptionalism, i.e., “we’re above the law” and “power means being able to do whatever you please with zero accountability.”

great mindset except for laws, rules, indictments, courts, judges, juries, convictions... but none of things are legitimate in a land of laws according to MAGA.

The hilarity of it all is you can have anyones vaccine card to show proof.

Yet it’s an ID that confirms who the card belongs to.

so show proof of ID along with that vaccine card…..thus making it racist! bahahahaahahaa

turn away veterans it’s celebrated and a non story. Turn away black people for the same thing and it’s riots and protests

                          It’s hilarious.

If they are really serious about proof of vaccination at all these businesses then a photo ID needs to be required to prove the persons name on vaccine card is the person showing the proof.

photo ID required to enter businesses in blue cities. You cannot make up the hypocrisy.

Sounds like these folks were kinda nuts!

Police say that officers gave the group several lawful orders to leave but that they wouldn’t budge.

“The manager has now asked you to leave,” an officer can be heard saying in one video posted on Twitter. After some back and forth between the officer and an unseen protester, the officer says: “If you guys refuse to leave [and] we’re going to give you every opportunity to leave, but if you eventually refuse to leave when we tell you to leave, we will be arresting you for criminal trespassing.”

In response, the unseen protester says the group is there to “access the business during normal business hours” and is not “committing a crime,” therefore no one can be arrested for “criminal trespass.”

“I got to let you know, because if you falsely arrest any of us you will be held liable,” the protester says.

At about 9:45 p.m., Eric Bascon, 38; Mitchell Bosch, 42; Graig Young, 37; Raymond Velez, 36; Augusto Alarcon, 39; and Steven Wavra, 67 were arrested, the NYPD reported.

In the longer Instagram video, you can see irate protesters outside the Cheesecake Factory as members of their group are handcuffed and escorted into police vehicles.

“New York City, what have we come to if we’re discriminating based on vac status?” says one protester who used a megaphone outside the restaurant.

“We just had arrests happen because people refused to show their private medical information. That is your constitutional right! We do not need to disclose your information to anyone! Never!”

He then yells: “We must hold the line! … If we don’t hold the line, we’re all doomed! So join us or die!”
Police gave them the opportunity to leave and not be arrested. . . but they refused.

                            Bold strategy!

Almost sounds like it might have been staged if there were protestors outside. What no one thinks about in these situations are the people just trying to earn an honest days pay at the restaurant where these idiots decided to make a scene. What about the customers who are following the rules and are also just trying to have a mediocre meal at the Cheesecake Factory? Just selfish, childish behavior. I'm surprised one of them didn't have a temper tantrum on the ground.

I'm curious... do you think it was selfish, childish behavior when those black students sat at the lunch counter in Woolworth's even though the rules said they couldn't be served lunch there? Those people were just trying to do their jobs to earn an honest day's pay or get a mediocre meal, right? They were just following the rules... and those black students came in and caused a scene.

Way back in the day, this was called "civil disobedience".

Healthcare has always been private. What if when AIDs broke out we made them self identify and wouldn’t let them in places, fired them from jobs, etc. Healthcare has been private until now. If you say, well this is an emergency, then there are no freedoms left. It’s always within man’s power to create that emergency and eliminate freedom. Most that doesn’t to take the jab ask for a religious exemption. This is discrimination based on religion.
