    What is your realistic expectation for 2023?

    Serious question for you guys -

    With Sean Payton on board now...clearly with the mission to fix Russ and compete - What would realisitcally SATISFY you in 2023?

            This is the year we know for sure if we’re a Browns/Jets/Lions or just went through a rough period. After seeing a franchise QB flame out, it would be tough to have any optimism if a great coach also flames out.

                My girlfriend had one in high school and we had some wild times in that thing. It was the only car out of all of ours that kept running. Go figure.

                As far as this season my emotions have been very tempered after last years debacle. With the Broncos I always have hope in the off season. After 7 years of this crap it's gotten harder but still trying to maintain that hope. Not sure what Payton will be able to bring. Do think the offense will improve, when you're at the bottom no where to go but up, and possibly Wilson will get back to being a better QB than last year. But I've lost hope with the defense. I do think it will digress. Once you win a SB, that becomes the only goal and I don't believe we can get even close with a mediocre defense....not against KC or Chargers twice a year and other teams who are improving as a team, not just one side.

                      My vote is the NFL gifted KFC the Lombardi. It will forever be tainted by favoritism over execution.

                      Broncos are going to suck next season by their own accord. They don’t have a quarterback and their defense will regress.

                                    6-11 sounds about right. New coach and system should help some. We will be getting back some of our injured players. No way we sniff playoffs or close to it, 6 wins and just be better than 2022 season.
