I’m not expecting much either. This is a team with serious deficits at OL, RB, TE, WR, QB, DL, OLB, ILB, CB, P, and K. Too many weaknesses to address with limited draft picks and moderate salary cap space. I’m not a believer in Paton’s decision making, either. It will take a miracle to make the playoffs next season.

After this past year I'd take making playoffs a very good season & jumping off point. Hell I had to pay Zerovoltz $100 a couple weeks ago due to finishing in bottom 5 & it was early when bet was made.

Going forward we have to get some O-Line and stay healthy for once.

Damn it....I hate being more optimistic about the Broncos than half the Broncos fans but.....The Raiders are flying blind into the offseason at QB. They don't have any money. Denver will play a 4th place schedule...which is at least supposed to make the road a little less bumpy....Sean Payton knows what a good practice looks like, what good players look like, knows what a QB is supposed to do. I think Russ is about as cringe as it gets but his arm did not rot and fall off and he's not that old yet. His incompetant play wasn't due to physical decline so much as it was due to arrogance and a lack of humility. That's going to be better. I am sure of it. (BARF) Getting Russ to fly right is going to put Denver right where they should have been this year...an 8-11 win type team that should be showing up in the late season playoff picture graphics as a wild card or in the hunt all the way to the end.

That, and the injury cloud that seems to hover over you guys lately...can't be worse can it? Denver is a fringe team...the AFC squads after KC and CINCY (you could even say Buff as they have some cap recalibration to look forward to) ....there is room to grab a spot. (BARF) ...Only another Super Bowl win would please more than KC meeting Denver late in the season or in the playoffs and ruining it for you guys. Could happen.
