Can Teddy improve from being the worst offensive performer?

Worst Offensive Performance- Teddy Bridgewater- 44.1 (26th of 29 quarterbacks)

For the first time this season, Teddy Bridgewater has graded out as the Broncos worst offensive starter.

With a final stat line of 22 of 40 for 257 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions, Bridgewater had easily the worst game of his Denver Broncos career in the most important game to date. A win against the Chiefs was an opportunity to take the top position in the AFC West, but instead they are fighting to stay afloat.

Teddy Bridgewater's performance on Sunday made him the lowest graded Denver Broncos starter according to Pro Football Focus.

This is a game the Broncos should win easily. But honestly, I'm calling it a coin flip. Even in weeks where we win Fangio makes one or two absolutely indefensible decisions per game. Most weeks he is just routinely out-coached by the opposition. It remains to be seen if this team can play well in spite of their coaching staff.

This is the last game on our schedule that I believe the Broncos will be favored. If we want to entertain any hopes of a playoff birth we have to take care of business at home this week.

Remember that lay-up win against an 0-6 Giants team at home where we got handled a few years back?

these games cause angina. tho playoffs are probably done, so maybe not as much.

A game the Broncos should win? Yes.

A game the Broncos will win? I’m not so sure. It all depends on TBW. If he plays like he did against the queefs, we will lose.

Most of Detroit’s games have been close. I expect this one to be close, too.

              WFT, close

              Cleveland without Baker, loss

              Raiders, no head coach loss

I wouldn’t take anything for granted

Lions squeak out a victory here. Goff will have his best game as a lion.

Pretty much. But if the Broncos win out, and the Chuggers beat KC, Broncos win the division. That's why Fangio won't go with Lock yet. He thinks TBW can still win the AFC West.

The Broncos should win this game comfortably. I’m betting that the lions are reading too much of their own press clippings from last Sunday, and will treat the Broncos as a trap game!

Yeah, since the Broncos lost last week I’m a little more comfortable with this game than I would be had they won. But I do know that this team is more than capable of blowing this.

Lions are the only game left the broncos can lose besides KC if they want to make the playoffs.

                            Here's the scenarios:

KC drops one to either the Raiders or Chargers and we win out. Broncos win the west if that happens.

Broncos win out but KC doesn't drop a game otherwise. The Broncos would need a loss from the winner of the Steelers-Browns game, a loss by the Bills to an AFC opponent, or any loss by the Colts to get into the wildcards.

Broncos lose to KC but win out otherwise.
Broncos are in if any six of the following events occur:
                            • The Chargers lose one game in addition to losing to the Broncos.
                            • The Bengals lose one game in addition to losing to the Broncos.
                            • The Bills lose two games to any AFC opponent.
                            • The Raiders lose one game in addition to losing to the Broncos.
                            • The Steelers lose two games.
                            • The Colts lose two games.
                            • The Browns lose two games.
                            • The Miami Dolphins lose one game.
Broncos lose to only the Lions.
Broncos get a wild card spot if any one of the following events occur:
                            • The Chargers lose one game in addition to losing to the Broncos.
                            • The Bengals lose one game in addition to losing to the Broncos.
                            • The Bills lose two games, one to any AFC opponentThe Steelers lose two games.
                            • The Colts lose two games.
                            • The Browns lose two games.
                            • The Miami Dolphins lose one game.
Anything else is so slim on math it's not worth looking at.

                            Go Broncos!

Also Teddy called out Fant and Albert O' as needing to play on a higher level.
                              Dude has some nerve.
IMO.... He only calls them out because his weak ass can't hit Sutton or Patrick across the field. And he needs check downs to make plays after the catch... Because he's two yard Teddy that can't throw past the line to go on 3rd down and needs TEs to make plays after the catch.

                              I'm cheering for the Broncos.
But TBW deserves to be bitch slapped into the reality that it is him and only him responsible for not hitting open as hell dudes so he can check down. He needs to be brave for once in his career. If not he's still a coward in my book.

I'm trying real hard to think of a Broncos QB I detest more than Teddy. Not having much success.

This is why Shurmur and Fangio need to be fired.

they can’t even figure out the easiest shit. DCs own them.

“Defensive coaches, who spend a lot of time trying to keep the ball out of Sutton's hands and were polled informally this week, said they believed they could often pressure Broncos quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and find holes in pass protection before the receivers were all the way into their routes. This is especially true in the longer down-and-distance situations when the Broncos had also opened the formation. To that end, 25 of the 32 sacks the Broncos' have allowed this season have come when Bridgewater has been in the shotgun, where he has lined up far more often in the Broncos' losses than in their wins.”

It is difficult to win in the NFL when your offense and special teams are constantly inferior to the opponent. I’m ready to give it another shot with a new coaching staff and starting quarterback.

What is hilarious to me is Fangio picked the door that is a sure termination of his job. Sticking with McMahon and Shurmur gets him fired for sure. Yet had he fired both before, there’s a chance Fangio survives another year. Different approach to offense and STs could’ve saved his job. Now he’s staring at losing to a one win team.

Fangio’s stubbornness will be his downfall. He seems like a good guy and old school defensive coach, but he’s proven not to be a very good head coach. Reminds me a little of Wade Phillips, whom I also like, but don’t want as head coach of the Broncos.

Boone and PJ Locke went on Covid Protocols yesterday. Don't know if either passed or failed. But Crockett was called up and the ST will likely have to roll with two back ups.
