                    Watch this guy talk about his players and how he builds personal relationships. Absolutely empowering and a communicator who can actually relate to his players. Lifting people up. Praise for his players.

                    His enthusiasm for the game and bettering yourself daily is a really good message. Listen to his humility about being able to represent men who came before him and taught him that and never got this opportunity. Push your chips in.

                          We need to find solid ground first. Should have kept Vic. Couldn't keep Hackett. Just need a freakin leader and not the rest of the baggage. Hackett proved you can do much worse than Rosburg.

                                I'll admit that I don't study other team's assistant coaches. After the Wilson trade and the Hackett hire, not so sure I trust the expert's opinion either. I like what I saw and heard from Rosburg in his short time here.

                                              pretty slim resume. barely two seasons with a stacked defense. super young. not an offensive guy where the smart guys are. every guy left is an oc. whats his comp?

                                                I like Demeco. I was friends with his college teammate Mark Anderson (long time nfl d-end from Tulsa). Nothing bad to say about him, but this is still about the coordinators for me. Can he bring an experienced team with him to run an offense? No first time signal callers, Iā€™d like someone that has already had some experience with setting up a bruising run game.

                                                I feel the same way about Demeco as I do about Quinn actually. The two men would both set a great culture, but Iā€™m a bit more concerned about the coordinators.
