    Muti Signed by Raiders.

    Raiders place LB Jayon Brown on injured reserve, sign G Netane Muti

          Broncos tried to match and elevate him to our 53. He chose the Raiders.

          Can't totally blame him because we suck. But they suck too.
          I don't care for turncoats though... So...
          He's as dead to me as Romanowski.

              He cleared waivers in August, and sat on our PS most of this year without a sniff from other teams. The faiders must have an injury there and want him on their roster, and he declines our courtesy match. This is not a loss other than for possible emergency depth, but we (allegedly) have Tom Compton for that.

                          Even if he was Will Shields he will be hurt in a full game of snaps. Another injured bum that is way down on the depth chart.

                              Muti was the Todd Devoe of guards. Scratch that. Todd Devoe actually did something in practice other than get hurt.

                                  Couple of teammates/coaches talked about Muti being the strongest person they'd ever encountered in the game. Guess that goes to show you it takes a lot more than braun to succeed in the NFL (sorry, no 'Lloyd Braun' jokes allowed)

                                              He does fit Raiders scheme a lot better. I dont blame him. He knows Denver isn't bringing him back. He will probably get hurt on the plane to LV.

                                                  Muti is a great pulling Guard, so the Raiders were a perfect fit for his skill set. He’s not overly smart, and hasn’t showed the ability to play a full game, much less a season. Just go ahead and watch the Raiders, Muti will do great during power runs, then get smoked by an agile DT, or D-line stunt. He gonna get Carr whacked sooner or later.

                                                  Compton seems like our best choice here at Guard. Not sure why he isnt out there. Wattenberg can bring water bottles for all I care, he’s bad, bad at Guard. Maybe he has promise at Center, but keep him miles away from the Guard position.
