Broncos need someone to consult them about players and brain injury tells. Evaluation should happen before any new contract signing.
Broncos need to fire the S&C coach and bring in a completely new group with ties to teams that don't put up horrible injuries every year. I wouldn't doubt they are making dudes stretch their hammstrings wrong and don't wrap up ankles correctly or something at this point. That needs to be looked at by outside eyes and remedied.
Those two things would do a lot to fix the Broncos

They owe us zilch. They know how to run a business/organization better than anyone on here even though I'm sure you can find someone to say they could do better. It is amazing to me the amount of fans that don't realize they bought the team after almost all of the off-season moves. When people are shelling out money for the teams products and for tickets to games they need to put a product on the field to entice the fans to shell out that money. I would think they would want to act like they gave a damn about the product or are they going to be able to entice free agents or decent coaches.
