At 6-5 with 6 game’s remaining I’d say Fangio needs to go 4-2 to retain his job. That puts us at 10-7. He won’t get away with great game followed by crap game. I don’t think 9-8 will do it.

But yes, the Broncos needs to play their best, most consistent ball from here on out. Can Fangio deliver that? The Chuggers game was encouraging!
This is a forum for talking Broncos, yes?

What I do think is Teddy & Fangio are good enough to put us in NFL purgatory. A game off .500 up or down. That really is the worst. It’s improvement, so do you keep him? Teddy is a vet mentor do you resign him?
If we start Lock this year then we know for better or worse what we have. If he is the guy, great. If not, we are drafting high and get our QB. I’m more of a fan of drafting a QB vs trading.
I think we are moving into no man’s land. That said, I’m a Broncos fan. I like Teddy. I’ll root for him all the way. I’ll root for Vic all the way. I’d love to be wrong. This isn’t the religion section where I’m 100% confident in Jesus. This is football. I’m a fan that is anticipating 9-8 or so.
So, your turn Mel Kiper. Instead of just being a critic, what do you think will happen and what do you think is best.

Unreal.
My point is Fangio has not had a solid winning streak (outside of first 3 games this year). He will need one down the stretch or risk losing his job. Same is true for Shurmur.
