  • Sean Payton doesn’t want the Broncos. He prefers the Chargers or Cardinals.

Broncos are a joke. No way they’ll get Payton. I said long ago Payton wanted Chargers. The AFC west will be unbeatable for Denver. Bottom of the west every year. Chargers AZ and Dallas as a sleeper.

Sean Payton reportedly is looking at the Los Angeles Chargers and Arizona Cardinals as candidates he'd coach in 2023.

According to Ben the sissy Albright who blocks everyone who calls him out on his contradictions, say’s George Paton will Hire Dan Quinn as the Broncos next head coach with Frank Reich as the offensive coordinator.

Don’t know how Albright knows this but it’s his claim. Also I know everyone loves Ejiro Evero but I don’t think there’ll be any more first year hires by the broncos for a long while. If hired, Quinn will get atleast a 4 year run.

Frank Reich is a OC. Not a good HC at all.

If Denver hires first year HC's, then they didn't learn anything.
          It's time to stop that.

Dan Quinn is OK i guess as long he brings in good coordinators(much better than Hackett for sure)

We are dead last in offense.

Fans left before the OT started. counting the clock. we are a joke of a team.

This is the NFL, not Madden on PS5 -> Tell that to Paton and FO

Plus McCarthy still needs to fail. Cowboys could win a playoff game in the weak NFC.

there’s no way Dallas is winning the SB. Not a chance. Chiefs are now the favorites and it’s not really close anymore.

At this point I doubt Quinn wants the job. He was spurned once by Paton and would inherit a horrible QB.

It’s not a good job for HC candidates anymore.

Before Payton goes anywhere, someone has to cough up the draft compensation for him. Isn't he under contract with NO thru 2024? It's not like he's a FA that can be signed by anyone, and he's not doing anyone favors by letting it leak where he wants to go.

You said the same thing last year, and Denver had it's choice of candidates.

The Walton-Penner money will make the job very attractive. NFL coaches know the not-for-long mantra very well and even the great jobs can become not so great in a hurry.

Payton will go somewhere where he has final say on roster decisions in addition to money. That’s why Chargers and Cardinals look appealing.

Not if he runs the Broncos like Walmart. But money isn’t going to be the determining factor where Payton goes.

Hey 1p, you should be careful about your desire for Sean. We just employed a HC that looked “amazing” with a HOF QB playing for him. People are expecting Sean Peyton to recreate the magic he had with Drew Brees, but that combo is pretty rare.

just saying. We might get want a decent coach that uses his prowess well, but also demands discipline (aka - fixing the Broncos penalty issues). Peyton may seem like a “flashy” hire, but it’s not necessarily the best hire for the Broncos moving forward.

IMO - let Sean Peyton go to the Chargers, or wherever. I’m not sure he’s all you think (without Drew Brees in his corner).

I’d be okay with that, particularly if Evero stayed on.

Here's the thing. Sean Payton really holds all the cards. If he says he wants to unretire then the Saints still have the rights to his contract. But he can decline any trade by telling that team that he will just retire forcing the Saints to either fire him or Dennis Allen and if they say they are keeping him he can just wait until they fire Allen and retire again leaving the Saints looking for a HC again.

I can guarantee though that wherever Payton decides to go they will have a young franchise QB under contract already because we saw how it played out after Brees retired.
