Which means Sutton is the odd man out. Likely tagged or he finds himself a QB who actually targets him.

9 targets in the last 3 games. They don’t even look his way. He doubled? OK. That means Jeudy Fant and Patrick running free. Oh wait, they get minimal production too cause the OC isn’t smart enough to make defenses pay for Sutton.

Won't be surprised if Paton pays Sutton too, especially now that his stock is not so high.

            oh, hell yeah. ****ing a..nice.

interesting. that's a real under market deal that could work for three years. says something positive about the fangio, paton broncos environment but you whiny complaining assclowns won't even admit it.

Sutton doesn’t want to stay IMO. What WR wants only 3 targets per game?

he’s gone unless they tag him.

Great deal to lock down a beloved player at fair value. Way to go George Paton

                    I was dead on.

Tim Patrick is just about to turn 28 years old. It's likely the only chance he has to cash in big.

Guys like Corey Davis, Nelson Agholor, Tyler Boyd and Curtis Samuel are getting $10.75M-$12.5M a year for similar production and target share. The length of their deals vary (two to four years), but basically all of them guarantee the first two years.

I'd expect something quite similar for Patrick.

You can still pay Sutton. Year 3 is when it would kick in for a big pay day for him. Might need to trade Patrick a at that point since Jeudy will be in his 5th year exception, and that could be expensive if he has a good 2022.

What more can you say? He’s an unselfish player and has been our best WR, two years running. Congratulations to him for working hard and getting what he deserves.

Imagine what these receivers could do with a better coaching staff and QB.

                            Good deal.
                            Patrick deserves it.

Yeah, maybe. But to be fair, you were saying very recently that both were gone. So hopefully you’ll be 100% wrong instead of just 50% wrong! But yes, it would certainly be understandable at this point if Sutton wants out. It will mostly be about $, as usual.

Hell just a QB that is halfway competent would do wonders.

Sutton and his agent are probably eyeing Kenny Golladay money.

This says nothing about Fangio because all the players know he will be gone. It is a good sign that he trusts Paton and co.

Lol ya. I said both wouldn’t want to stay. Realistically why would a team that has no QB and won’t have one for another few years pay that much for multiple WRs when that position is one of the easiest to hit on in the draft? Sutton at 3 targets a game is a joke. If I know his targets are low surely he does and doesn’t like it.

it will have to be a tag.

Maybe. But it’s probably mostly about $18.5mil guaranteed.

the number one objective of the 2nd contract is not team not weather . has nothing to do with who’s the QB or coach.

                                                  it’s all about the benjamins
