    Corliss Waitman 43 yards net after 3 games

    Special teams win and lose games and we've all seen that happen in the punt game. I'll never forget how big Colquitt was for the Broncos in Super Bowl 50.

    Waitman has been excellent so far. He's got a 43 yard net average and not because of some freak 80 yarder skewing the statistics. His kicks have been consistent and he's got the hang time for the coverage to get down field.

    Especially with the offense sputtering like it is, it's a crucial phase of the game and although its only been three games the guy deserves some recognition.

    And getting rid of McMahon hasn't hurt!!!

                            Amen. I love that this team (and staff) is learning and growing week by week. They still have a lot to fix, but is hella nice to be siting at the top of the division while we're figuring things out.

                            Special teams looked mediocre the first 2 weeks, then they fixed it last night. it was definitely one of the biggest reasons we walked away with the W.

                                            Its my strong belief that if Cordless Walkman can repeat his performance on the road in Vegas, we'll beat the Raiders and send them to 0-4. Field position was KEY for the win and will probably continue to be (until our offense figures out how to score points).
