  • Denver Broncos are ranked # 13

So if you're not a KC fan posting on a Broncos board you will see that we are ranked #13 not 27.

This seems right to me. Our D is clicking and now Wilson has his connection with JJ and Sutton.

Looks like he might get Hamler back this week as well.

I can't wait to see WIlson with all his starting WR. Missing your #2 #3 and #4 wr has to hurt expetially when you are trying to lean a new Offense .

I think this is the week they come together. I can't wait to wipe the floor with the 9ers.

This is going to be a fun game.

I do think this team will continue to improve as the season progresses.. hard not to when you have started so sloppy. Tim Patrick's injury is pretty devastating, you can feel it's effect on the offense.

I won't be shocked if they're down the wire for a wildcard....

6 years of criticism that turned out TRUE every ****ing year. And every year you come with this blind homerism and see them lose time and time again. You post these threads in September’s of every losing season. Then these threads disappear around October/November. I expect the same from you this year too. No winning season going on 6 years now and you’re shocked some people don’t like it. But let’s be happy about them anyways! That’s what 12 year old fans do.

The entire football world sees what you don’t see. They all must be wrong. Also my post tweet IS positive news. If you think Payton wouldn’t improve this team….

So you think the Broncos will wipe the floor with SF. Curious...which games do you think Denver should be favored in the rest of the way?

I do think they will wipe the floor with 49ers. I'm guessing the 1st quarter will be shaky and then it's off to the races.

What games do I think we will lose ? Well I do hope none of them. I do think we may drop one to KC at their place. Possible Balt. and the Rams.

I remember in around 1996 when I was working at UPS while going to college there was a car in the parking lot at the sort facility in Commerce City. It was an old junker and painted on the front of the car the owner had written: "Go Broncos!" On the back of the car they had painted, "And Take The Nuggets With You!"

I also lived in the SF Bay Area in the 80s and early 90s.

            I understand.

Oh yeah. Raise your hand if you were terrified of the Broncos actually getting to the Superbowl in 96. I was so scarred from the losses that the last thing I wanted to see was my beloved Broncos getting steamrolled by the Packers. That win saved Elway's legacy, at least in the state of Colorado. Most heartbreaking losses for me will always be (Giants SB, Jaguars AFCC, Seattle SB (special mention for 9ers SB and Ravens OT loss). Honestly just hoping this isn't a Wade Wilson year. If it is, we better be getting our next Shanny next year.

                        We got a real QB.
                        Y'all forgot what that means.
He played 2 games in a new team.
Things will start to get smoother.

I don't agree with this statement. Also Huston is playing much better then last year.

Indy is shit this year most people had that as a loss for us.

herbert will still be playing wounded.

Tenn. just got destroyed by the bills. So bad the bills put in the second string for the 4th quarter.

                          Faid just suck

Baltimore just proved they can't finnish.

                          We split KC

The Rams got a hug beat down on them as well.

I see no reason why my statement is delusional.

The tip-off that it’s delusional should be the fact that no one else is predicting the same, even in your own fanbase.

Surely you can at least acknowledge the double standard here. You’re dismissing teams for losing to far, far better teams than the ones that Denver lost to and barely survived. Some of which looked much better in the process.

Herbert will be fine. Even that night, he came right back into the game and was throwing strikes.

Houston allowed 517 yds vs the Indy team that you just said is shit. And their QB and offense are terrible. There’s a reason that the home crowd was consistently booing.

Houston and Seattle might as well be playing a different sport than the Bills. Or Chargers and Chiefs for that matter.

Unfortunately for the Broncos, the league scheduled them like a Day 1 juggernaut. 3 of our next 4 games are in primetime.

My concern is with Wilson right now. He looks like he is not the same player he once was. Arm talent is there and he can be average with his arm talent alone. But what made him a real threat was his ability to kill defenses with his legs. He has had chances but now he can't even run away from Defensive Tackles. That is setting off huge alarms nationally and one of the reasons he has been taken off of several MVP watch lists with one sports book offering a free bet (read refund) if you already have a ticket with him as the MVP. Something is not right with Russ. TFTP?

Why is he waiting for the calls from the coach?

He played so many games.. if Hackett is struggling, then wilson should take charge and call the timeout(1st game towards the end).
If Manning was there, he would have taken timeout after 3rd down and discussed with the coach.

Wilson is not playing like how i thought he would.

As you mentioned, why is he not running the ball?..Doesn't want to get injured?

I could see why a Lamar Jackson wouldn't want to run the ball right now. Russ has 243 million reasons to run and play freely now.

Way to miss the point (not surprising though). They were scheduled for 4 primetime games in the first 6 weeks. They are a team the league wanted people to see early and often.

                                            Perhaps.

Kittle might go off on us.
                                            Deebo is a monster.

But Gregory outmatches the 9er's giant slow right tackle. And should be able to smoke him on speed.
Even if no one outmatches Trent Williams, Chubb can be a run stopper effectively against that beast of a man. And Chubb might trick him for a couple good rushes. The other rushers should be able to beat their matchups on athletics.

The reason the 9ers wanted Lance is Jimmy is a dinker. He's gonna take the check down if he feels pressured. He will feel it in Denver. We won't see a lot of long balls. Note that Jimmy throws picks as part of his Essence, and that could be a difference in the game.

That 9ers D isn't a joke. They are tough and fast.
Broncos will have a task both ways.
But, if RW3 just takes command and doesn't wait for late playcalling and calls his own time outs... Or coaching fixes that... Broncos could put up 30 any game.

Gonna be a fun battle, or the 9ers are going to smoke us... (I think the former)

I failed to consider an 11-10 stinker. Happy they won, but still see a sloppy team that fails to crisply execute the offense.
