Yeah, not a whole lot to be optimistic about. The defense is awful. Special teams look mediocre at best. Most concerning is that Russel Wilson looked like a league average QB. Not good.

another sub 500 season coming. Just boring teams from boring coaching staffs every year.

they are already out of the afc west race.

This team is going to go 10+ years of non winning seasons.

Wilson threw for 340 somehow but did anything really impress you? The Jeudy TD play was a bad throw that Jeudy made a great play on. Yes, he’s far better than anything we’ve had since good PM but he’s not going to take a limited roster like this anywhere. Just not enough playmakers on this team. Choked in the red zone. Penalties. Bad clock management. A lot of that is on the QB and the coaches.

Hopefully a lot of this was game 1 rust but I doubt it. Looks like a 7 to 9 win team at best to me.

dude, if you don't see the difference in QB play there's no way I can convince you otherwise. It's going to take time for this team to gel after ignoring the pre-season. Thankfully most of the league is in the same boat.

The redzone play calling was nonsense as well as the decision to the let the clock run and then go for the kick. Its going to take a few more off-seasons to fix the roster and special teams. this team is not very deep.

Hey, the glass half full side of things is that at least with the investment of the new ownership, they won't eff around with a dolt of a coach for four seasons like Joe Ellis did. Hackett will be out of here by mid-season next year with many more games like this. He better get his crap together pretty quickly.
